Daniela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW in IL & TX), speaker, and founder of EMBRACE: The Architecture of Connection™. She partners with school districts, faith communities, non-profits, and corporate organizations to deliver high-impact keynotes, interactive workshops, and restorative retreats in both English and Spanish.

Grounded in clinical depth and cultural heart, Daniela’s mission is deeply personal. Despite years of professional experience guiding others through healing, navigating a new culture and raising a child far from her origin led her face-to-face with the profound weight of protective isolation. She discovered a truth that every parent, educator, and leader eventually confronts: holding space professionally is very different from doing it at home when your whole heart is on the line.

Out of that turning point grew her commitment to help individuals and institutions dismantle invisible walls and build lasting bridges of connection.

As an Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (I/ECMHC) and Certified Facilitator of the Effective Parenting Method (Método de Paternidad Efectiva®, MPE), Daniela leverages her background in communications to translate complex psychological concepts into warm, accessible, and actionable wisdom.

Combining developmental psychology and attachment theory with the four structural pillars of EMBRACE—Self, Loved Ones, Roots, and Community—she equips schools, organizations, and faith communities to cultivate emotional safety, restore internal wellbeing, honor their origins, and foster true collective belonging.
